How Relumi handles room photos, accounts, and analytics
This policy is for Relumi at relumi.app. Relumi is operated by Zane. Contact support@relumi.app.
What we collect
- Account: name and email from Google or Microsoft when you sign in.
- Room photos and prompts: images and text you upload to generate a remodel.
- Generated images: the results Relumi creates from your photo.
- Usage: generate counts, plan entitlements, and basic device and log data needed to run the service.
- Payments: when payments are enabled, our payment processor receives the information needed to charge you. Relumi stores the resulting credits and plan entitlements, not your full card number.
We do not use email-and-password signup.
How we use it
We use this information to generate remodel images, keep you signed in, enforce free and paid limits, store files for the period of your plan, prevent abuse, and improve Relumi.
Room photos are sent to image-generation providers solely to create your result. We do not sell your photos.
How long we keep files
- Free tries: 1 week
- Credit packs: 3 months
- Yearly: 1 year
- Lifetime: kept until you ask us to delete them or the account is closed
After that, source and result files are removed. We may keep limited account and billing records as required by law.
Analytics
The production site uses Google Analytics. It receives page views and similar usage events so we can understand whether Relumi is working. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We share data with:
- Sign-in providers (Google, Microsoft)
- Image-generation providers that produce your result
- Cloudflare for hosting and file storage
- A payment processor, when you buy credits or a membership
We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can stop uploading photos, sign out, or email support@relumi.app to ask for account or file deletion.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top is the latest version.
